Hi!

I hope this gets posted! Thanks for inviting me....yes, I told myself today I would go for a walk after my dentist appointment. Instead I got takeout from the chinese place across the street and ate it while watching Days of Our Lives. Anyway, I'm glad to be part of this, hopefully checking in with everyone will actually make me exercise and eat healthier =)
